Safepack which has a rich history and prides itself on their product, came to us to solve their employee productivity, reporting and dashboard as well as customer experience enhancements. We suggested Zoho CRM as product and designed their entire customer 360 as well as other productivity dashboards for their management.

Fristine’s Solution

For: Lead to Quote Management
We helped SafePack with Zoho CRM’s Multi-Channel Feature, which enabled them to funnel in all Leads into one source, Website, Phonecalls, Emails, Social. This enabled their Sales Admin to distribute leads with ease. By adding Products, with Quantity, and Price Books, Quotes were generated at 1/10th time, giving a great experience to their Sales team and Customers.
For : Reporting & Dashboard
SafePack wanted to understand their deal pipeline to keep a close tab on their cash flow as well as raw material inventory. By implementing deal module and bringing data into deals dashboard, SafePack management could now, see their Deal Forecast even on their Smartphones, quite literally on fingertips.

Implementation

Fristine Infotech took a holistic view of requirement and started off with workshop series, educating Safepack team about CRM modules and how to extract maximum value out of Zoho CRM. Post that we documented requirements and went into implementation mode, which was followed by UAT, Go-live and training. 

Team at Fristine Infotech gave special emphasis to reporting and dashboard requirements and created these in precise manner just the way Safepack management had asked for.

Result 

Before Zoho Implementation, there was no system in place at Safepack for reliable data handling and insightful decision making. Reports would often take 1 week each month to be presented to Management with sourcing data from multiple places. 

This implementation cut down this time from 1 week to just 2 hours, giving a massive boost to employee productivity. As a result all the employees at Safepack could give 1 week of more time for Sales and Service management.
