Introduction

Marvel Decor Ltd is India’s leading Window Covering Fashion Company, having multiple sales channel, dealer networks and customers, wanted to unify their sales process across 2 Regions, India and UAE. They reached out to us to help them unify all their customer data and automate processes from Lead to Cash. Integrating multiple systems and building various check points along the way. Their ask was to increase transparency in data, which leads to better insight and decision making. 

Overview

This project became about understanding business and sales process of Marvel and using Zoho One to streamline these processes. Along the way we also had to keep in mind, that Marvel sales team had never used a CRM before. We hence had to create a functional solution which could be operated right from their smartphones, and which can make field sales easy, not difficult. We used Zoho’s Powerful CRM as core of customer database and built various modules to automate these processes. Detailed solution follows.

Unify Sales Process across a network of 650+ dealers

Our client wanted to get their network of internal Sales team and Dealers on a Single Platform. Getting full information about Sales, Inventory, Credit Limit and Sales Orders. 

At the same time, Marvel wanted this experience for Dealers as seamless and very intuitive. On-boarding dealers, evaluating their performance and managing internal Sales activities. 

Evaluation of the problem

When Marvel Came to us, they defined their problem statements as follows:

1. No unified way of collecting sales data

2. No way to track dealer sales performance

3. No way to track internal sales performance

4. Lack of automation of tasks like reminders, follow ups, escalations, approval matrix

We leveraged Zoho One to deliver a single platform for all the Marvel dealers to punch in their Sales, Merchandising, Service & Product Feedback data. Enabling Multi-currency and setting up Dealer Monitoring System to drive efficiencies in Sales.

For : Mobility & adoption

Marvel Decor’s sales teams are on the go, meeting dealers. They wanted a simplified way to record their daily interactions. We designed a custom module, which is friendly to work on smartphones, making user adaption a breeze for Marvel.
